Artbook - acknowledge what you have!

With Artbook you can learn the real value of your collection.

The Galeria São Mamede is offering you a new service that will provide you with an accurate evaluation and a correct inventory update of your Art Collection. This is essential information for your collection's insurance, to ensure it is made with the correct value!

 

Add value to your Collection by making an Artbook - a detailed folder of your collection with photographical record.

 

 

 

 

For each artwork will be created an 'Artwok Document' with its detailed information:

• In terms of type, technique, supporter, dimensions, title, year, description, signature location and photographical record.
• Record of the location where each artwork can be found (in case your collection is kept in different places)
• Record of the seller and date of purchase
• Record of the artwork's bibliographic references, its curriculum (mentioning exhibition in which it participated), origin and certificates
• Record of the Acquisition value, the Insurance value and the evaluation for the Artbook
  

 

 

 

 

In addition to each individual document, your Artbook folder will also have 3 lists, where your artworks will be sequentially presented, with more or less detail, and organized by Author, location and/or Insurance value.
