Born in Angers, France, in 1993, he began his professional career in cabinetmaking after studying science, completing his specialised training in Revel, France, in 2015.
Between 2014 and 2019 he worked internationally in France, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Portugal, collaborating on the production of works for leading artists and studios, among them Joseph Walsh, Haas Brothers and David Emery. This multidisciplinary experience contributed to a particularly close relationship with materials, with construction processes and with the physical dimension of artistic creation.
In 2019 he opened his own studio in the south of France, deepening a sculptural practice centred on the relationship between body, matter and space. He has collaborated with the Gargula Gótica studio in Portugal, taken part in artistic residencies and been included in group exhibitions, among them a show promoted by the City of Paris at the Galerie du Génie de la Bastille in 2021.
His sculpture arises from a constant dialogue between anatomy and materiality, exploring correspondences between organic structures and the physical properties of stone. Muscles, tendons, cartilage and tissue appear transposed onto mineral surfaces, where veins, fractures and crystals take an active part in the formal construction of the work. Through this process, marble becomes at once sculptural matter and a testimony of fragility, resistance and transformation.
